GSTAIQ Synopsis
GSTAIQ is yet one more “press a key” application scam operation.
The trick employed by GSTAIQ is masquerading as quantitative trading through a “press a key” gimmick:

The concept is for GSTAIQ affiliates to log in and engage a key (more investments supposedly mean more key engagement).
Engaging this key is said to generate earnings through quantitative trading, with GSTAIQ sharing a percentage of these earnings with their affiliates.
If this sounds illogical, that’s because it is. Simply engaging a key in an app does not initiate real quantitative trading activities.
In truth, GSTAIQ’s internal key engagement is fruitless. What GSTAIQ actually does is shuffle new investments to settle accounts with previous investors.
GSTAIQ belongs to a wave of “press a key” app schemes that began appearing towards the end of 2021.
Amongst these failed “press a key” app frauds using the same trading deception are platforms like edX AI, PDT Quantify, and GICAI.
Aside from GSTAIQ, TRUST has so far chronicled over a hundred “press a key” application scams, which typically survive for several weeks to months before imploding.
These application frauds typically vanish by taking down their websites and apps, invariably without any prior notice, consequently leaving most investors at a loss due to the inherent mathematics of scams.
A network of fraudsters from China is suspected to be orchestrating these “press a key” application scams.
Update 24th May 2024 – GSTAIQ has folded. As of the latest information, the GSTAIQ website is no longer reachable.
