IAM omits crucial information regarding its proprietors or executives on its online portal.
The domain for IAM’s portal (“lam-intrust.com”), was established with fictitious details on April 11th, 2024.
Although it’s been operational for merely a month, IAM incorrectly claims that it originated in Colorado back in 2013.
To bolster this baseless assertion, IAM shows off a Colorado shell company certification.

The certification is allotted to Investment Asset Management LLC and bears the date of April 9th, 2024. IAM appears unconcerned that this detail contradicts their “established in 2013” narrative.
Concerning the shell enterprise itself; given the simplicity with which fraudsters can register shell firms with deceptive details, such certificates are rendered insignificant for multi-level marketing (MLM) scrutiny purposes.
If an MLM entity is not transparent about its leadership or proprietors, give serious thought prior to enrolling or surrendering any funds.
Products by IAM
No goods or services are available for retail through IAM.
The sole marketing point is the IAM affiliate membership.

- Barons garner 15% at level 1 (direct recruits), 7% at level 2, and 3% at level 3
- Viscounts garner 18% at level 1, 8% at level 2, and 5% at level 3
- Earls garner 20% at level 1, 10% at level 2, and 5% at level 3
It should be noted that IAM does not reveal the criteria for attaining ranks.
Enrollment in IAM
Joining as an IAM affiliate is gratis.
To fully engage in the profit opportunity, an investment of at least 10 USDT is necessary.
The Verdict on IAM
Yet another instance of a deceptive “press a button” app within the asset management landscape is IAM.
The facade presented by IAM is that affiliates merely log in and activate a button (with more substantial investment leading to more button activation required).

This is believed to correspond with “quantisation” or some other obscure mechanism by which IAM supposedly generates a return on investment to share with affiliate investors.
This is nonsensical; randomly pressing a button within an application does not create revenue.
In substance, IAM’s button pressing is a facade. The truth is, IAM merely redistributes funds from new investments to remunerate prior investors.
The group of scams involving “press a button” apps has proliferated since late 2021, with IAM being among them.
Alongside IAM, TRUST has recognized upwards of a hundred such “press a button” app scandals. They tend to flame out within a few weeks to months before their inevitable collapse.
It is speculated that a common cohort of Chinese con artists are orchestrating these “press a button” app frauds.
